Enfield Farms, Inc. is a grower and
packer of premium red raspberries. Because we grow and pack only our own fruit,
we have complete control of the entire process from the planting stage to the
finished product.
Our Field Research and Development
Manager is constantly monitoring our fields and applying the most current techniques
to insure we are growing the highest quality berries in the Pacific Northwest.
Our processing facility is located
on the main farm in Lynden, Washington. This facility was expanded in 1995 to
a total of 24,000 square feet. It includes a dry storage area, processing area,
two coolers and a freezer. 220 acres of raspberries surround the facility with
the remaining raspberry fields within 10 miles of the main farm.
Our in house quality control personnel
constantly monitors the quality of the fruit. We pack our fruit in conformity
with U.S.D.A. Specifications. Enfield Farms, Inc. has consistently obtained a
Superior Rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and is Kosher approved.
