Q: What is Harvest?

A: Harvest is the time period between July and August when our Raspberries and Blueberries ripen and are ready to be picked, frozen and packaged.

Q: What if I have never worked in Agriculture?

A: If you don’t have experience in this type of environment, don’t worry! In addition to orientation, we provide a facility tour and on the job training to set you up for success.

Q: How old do you have to be to work for Enfield Farms?

A: You must be at least 14 years old

Q: What are the positions?

A: From harvesting our berries in the field to packaging and shipping our product worldwide, there are many positions requiring a variety of skills sets. We will strive to find a fit for you here!

Q: What if I have a summer vacation planned?

A: Before harvest you will be given a calendar to mark the days you won’t be available to work. We will do our best to not schedule you on those days.
